This crane was one of the most technical builds we have done to date.
The build is almost entirely made of technic there are hardly any bricks at all.
The amount of gears and shafts in this crane is so tightly packed you are not even sure what you are building until you are fully done with that step.

All built in accordance with the instruction but in each bag, there may be several pieces from another package number. The model was built by a child during the New Year's holidays. The cost was justified. Length approximately 600mm! Of the minuses-the arrow does not move on its own (flicks on the gear) in the rest everything else less works both from the remote and from the application on the phone

We want to make this as open and transparent as possible. Most of our items will be delivered in 7-20 days for orders in the USA. Some orders may take longer, but we see a 7-20 day average after the order has been shipped and a few that may be longer due to a hang-up at customs.
For other countries such as Canada, we see around a 15-20 day received rate. Again with covid and other logistics issues due to covid, orders can be up to 30 days (this is not common).
Most delays happen at customs. There is nothing we can do further to stop this. Sometimes things just get hung up at random, and again this is due to customs, not us.
When you submit an order, it takes between 1-5 days to get processed and ready to ship.
Then the order gets sent to our distribution center, where they determine the best shipper to ship your order through. They determine this on a day-to-day basis.
Things are changing daily lately in our world, so this is the best way to do it.
When the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number and where to track it.
So you are looking at a 1-5 day wait before you receive your tracking number.
Most of the couriers we use are FedEx, UPS, UPS express, DHL, and a few others.
